★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 便利な場所にある。石切橋を渡ったところに新しく駐車場アリのマルエツが出来て買い物も便利になった。神楽坂まで歩いて１０分くらいだが坂が急で荷物を持ったりベビーカーでは辛い。飯田橋も歩きで行ける。江戸川公園から椿山荘までも歩き出いける。最寄りの江戸川橋駅まで五分。大通りから一本入ってるので静かだが、近隣の会社が早朝からうるさい音がする。
茗荷谷駅までも１０分くらいだが、これまた坂を登って行くのは辛いかも。マンションの住人は挨拶もよくしてくれる方が多い。一人暮らし、二人暮らし、幼い子供一人なら十分だが家族が多い人には狭い。利便性に特化するなら住み良いです。

It's about 10 minutes on foot to Kagurazaka, but the slope is steep and it's hard to carry luggage or a stroller. Iidabashi can also be reached on foot. You can walk from Edogawa Park to Chinzanso. 5 minutes to the nearest Edogawabashi station. It's quiet because it's one from the main street, but a nearby company makes a loud noise early in the morning.
It takes about 10 minutes to reach Myogadani Station, but it may be difficult to climb the slope again. Many of the residents of the condominium often say hello. Living alone, living with two people, one young child is enough, but it is small for people with many families. If you specialize in convenience, it is a good place to live.
