カッコいい分譲賃貸のマンションを見学した。江戸川橋駅からは5〜6分位。道すがらマルエツやコンビニ、パン屋等もあり便利な立地。27〜30㎡位のワンルームマンション。1+Kの独身者向けの間取りが多い。バルコニーや窓は西に面しているが住友不動産のマンションが真向かいなのと、周囲もビルが多くて眺望は望めない。この為、夏の西日は回避できそう。近くに高速道路がある為、車の音はするが窓を閉めれば全く聞こえなくなるらしい。北側車線に添ってバルコニーのある部屋もあるが、北向きなのと窓が大きいせいで断熱性は高くなく寒い模様。エントランスデザインはガラスで広々としているので、気持ちが良いものの駐輪場は狭く、屋根はあるが雨は吹き込みそうなのと、扉等がなく誰でも入れてしまう為、盗難等の防犯上は問題ありかと。車の駐車場はない。管理人は常駐しておらず午前中だけしか管理されておらず週末はいない模様。ごみ捨て場は狭く週末はゴミ袋だらけで、中にさえ入れないこともある模様。家賃が比較的リーズナブルなのと、最近注目の神楽坂にも近いので住めば便利かも。

The entrance design is spacious with glass, so it feels good, but the bicycle parking area is small, and there is a roof, but it seems to blow in, and there is no door, etc., so anyone can enter it, so if there is a problem with crime prevention such as theft. No car parking. It seems that the manager is not resident and is managed only in the morning and there is no weekend. The garbage dumps are small and full of garbage bags on weekends, and it seems that they may not even get inside. The rent is relatively reasonable, and it's close to Kagurazaka, which has recently attracted attention.
