Eventually, I was told to contact the manufacturer of the baggage inside, and gave up unloading. I think the post office 1 is the service that does not send mail.
k	kotaro iwai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梱包してゆうメールで送ろうと思ったら… 荷物開いて中身見せないと送れません。どこか切って見せてとハサミを出てきた... せっかく綺麗に梱包して来ているのに。マニュアルにそう書いてあるのかも知れませんが、サービス業である意識は皆無、送ってやるから中身開いて見せろとお役所体質そのまま。高いけど民間の宅急便で送ろう。 If you want to pack it and send it by Yu-Mail ... You cannot send it unless you open your luggage and show the contents. I came out with scissors to cut it somewhere ... Even though it has been packed neatly. It may be written in the manual, but I have no consciousness that it is a service industry, so I will send it, so open the contents and show it as it is. It's expensive, but let's send it by private courier.

C	Charlie Moritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff give confusing instructions (I can speak Japanese) and then just look at me without saying anything, like I'm supposed to know 12 different options to send my mail. Mail isn't my profession, it's yours! I just want the cheapest way! Every time I go here to post something it takes 30 minutes rather than the 90 seconds it would take at any competent post office. Atrocious service, would go anywhere else if there was another option.
