M	M T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年5月オープン。新築ビルの2階で、マシンも充実している。７月現在夜は混み始めたのでシャワーを待たされる時もあるが、24時間好きな時に利用でき、続けやすい。まだ入会キャンペーンもやっているため、今が入会のチャンス。 Opened in May 2018. There are plenty of machines on the second floor of the new building. As of July, it started to get crowded at night, so I sometimes have to wait for a shower, but I can use it 24 hours a day, and it's easy to continue. I'm still running a membership campaign, so now is my chance to join.

However, it feels like all the minimum items are available. Also, the sense of distance of the stap is just right. It's been 4 months, but I'm not dissatisfied.

This gym had the essentials for lifting and cardio and a reasonable selection of machines. If you don't live around kugayama but on inokashira line. Sign up for the joyfit in kichijluji. It has a dedicated powerlifting gym and a nearby cardio one.
C	Charlie Moritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym mostly has decent equipment, no rowing machine which is a pain, but very close to my house so the trade-off was worth it. I was happy at this gym until they decided to turn it into an unofficial SAUNA. The air conditioning is insane, it's TOO HOT. I'm there to work out, and I don't want air conditioning set at 30°C! It's not even cold outside! I can only imagine how stupid it's going to get when it actually gets cold. I'm sweating in there before I even start my workout. I have told them about it three times, but every time I go in it's the same. Will probably quit this gym if it stays like this.
