人気の病院なので予約を取れなかったり、待ち時間が長かったりということもありますが、動物に優しく飼い主にも親切に分かりやすく説明をしてくださいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度予約が取れず前回は別の病院に行きましたがそこでは改善が見られずまたこちらにお世話になっております。
前の病院とは全く違う、こちらが望んでいる治療方針で助かりました。
先生も医療事務の方も看護士さんも優しくて、こちらの不安な気持ちを和らげてくださいます。
今はコロナの影響で診察の順番が来るまで車で待機する形です。

女の方の先生は、いつも明るく、ペット1匹1匹を見て、その子に合った対応をしてくださいます。ペットに優しく声をかけながら治療をして下さったり、目ヤニや耳垢をとってくださったり親切丁寧な印象です。
しかし、男の方の先生は、応用が効かず全てに対してマニュアル通り。何を言っても事務的な対応をされ、「できないなら仕方ない」など投げやりなことを言われて落ち込んで帰ってきたことも。女の先生との対応の差が酷いです。
言い方が悪いですが、早く診察を終わらせたいのが態度に見え見えです。
以前はそんな印象がなかったので、残念です。
ですが、逆に前まで冷たい印象があった看護師の方々の対応が、最近とても親切になりました。
優しく気遣って下さったり、笑顔で対応していただいたり、気持ちが良いです。
