看護師さんも優しいし、先生も的確で丁寧に分かりやすく説明してくれました。
しばらく通院することになりましたが、安心してお任せできそうです。

とても良い動物病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 細かい事を聞いても嫌な顔せず１つ１つちゃんと説明してくれてホッとしました。
飼い主としては喋れない相手との事なので、不安が沢山あります。なのでこういう優しい先生がいてくれて本当に感謝しています。

There is a lot of anxiety because the owner is a person who cannot speak. So I'm really grateful to have such a kind teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理由はわかりませんが、6年前にコメントした内容がまったく関係の無い場所（宮城にあるビル）にいつの間にか移動していました。
システムのバグなのか、意図的に移動させられたのかはわかりませんが、そちらのビルのご迷惑になるのでそのコメントは削除しました。
ですが、そちらに勝手に移動していたコメントには、移動する前に3000回以上の閲覧履歴がされていたこともあり、ペットを大切な家族として迎えている方の判断材料になればと思い、改めてコメントさせていただきます。
最近の口コミを読む限りではとても良いお医者さんになっていらっしゃるように書かれていますので、当時とはいろいろ変わったのかなと思います。
ただひとつ、上から目線で恐縮ですが、言葉を発することのできない動物と、それを大事に思う飼い主の方に寄り添うことのできるお医者さんとして今後も精進していただけると幸いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急にわんちゃんの体調が悪くなり、11:45くらいに入って受付で待っていました。呼び出しボタンもなく、どうしたら良いかただただ待っていました。12時が過ぎてしまい、看護師さんが気づいて事情を話し、裏へ。すると院長らしき人が「もう12時回ってるよね？！」とか言って表へ出てきて「すみませ〜ん、初心の方は11:30まで入っていただかないと！これからオペなので！」と強い口調で言われた。待たされたことは良いが、接客態度が酷すぎる。二度とこちらの病院には行きません。
Suddenly my dog got sick and I was waiting at the reception at around 11:45. There was no call button and I was just waiting for what to do. After 12 o'clock, the nurse noticed and talked about the situation, and went to the back. Then, a person who seems to be the director came out to the table saying, "You're already around 12 o'clock, right ?!" I was told in a tone. It's good to have been waiting, but the customer service attitude is too terrible. I will never go to this hospital again.
