ただ、品揃えが少なすぎます。朝イチで行けば全種類あるのでしょうが、昼以降は2〜3種類くらいしか置いていません。棚に2個程度しか商品がないこともあります。
フードロスの観点から見ると素晴らしい店ですが、顧客目線で考えるとおいしくてももういいや、となって行かなくなるんじゃないかと。
あとはワンオペだからか店員さんが常に忙しそうで、店が売りにしていると思われる揚げパンはいつも注文できません。これなら揚げパンなんてメニューはいっそなくしてしまったほうがいいです。
 It has a lot of ingredients and the taste is rather delicious.
However, the product lineup is too small. If you go there in the morning, there will be all kinds, but after noon, only a few kinds are available. Sometimes there are only about two items on the shelf.
It's a wonderful restaurant from the viewpoint of food loss, but from the customer's point of view, it's okay if it's delicious, but I think it won't go anymore.
The clerk seems to be busy all the time, probably because it's one operation, so I can't always order the fried bread that the store seems to sell. In this case, it is better to eliminate the menu of fried bread.

また、普段使いするパン屋さんとしてはちょっと高めかなと思います。
ホスピタリティは正直感じられません。
妻が子供を抱えて買いに行き、買ったパンを詰めるのに四苦八苦しておりましたが、店員さんはパンを寄せてくださることもなくボーッとしていただけだったようでした。
The taste was neither good nor bad.
Also, I think it's a little expensive for a bakery that I usually use.
Hospitality doesn't feel honest.
My wife went to buy with her child and was struggling to pack the bread she bought, but the clerk seemed to be just sick without sending the bread.
