★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知的障害者授産施設 KFJ多摩はなみずきで運営されているパン屋さんです。とても美味しいので、同じ建物の児童館（すかいきっず）に用事がある時は必ず買いに行っています。
メロンパンやクリームパンが人気だそうですが、個人的なおすすめはシナモンロールです。生地にシナモンがたっぷり入り、程よい甘さのアイシングがかかっていて、コーヒーによく合います。
 KFJ Tama is a bakery operated by Hanamizuki. It's very delicious, so I always go shopping when I have something to do in the children's hall in the same building.
Melon bread and cream bread are said to be popular, but my personal recommendation is cinnamon rolls. The dough contains plenty of cinnamon and has a moderately sweet icing that goes well with coffee.

新百合ヶ丘のOPAに「おなかすいた」と言うお店があり、そこでいつも購入しています。
他のパンだと食べると体調壊してしまうのですが、こちらのパンは素材が身体に優しいものだけをつかっているため、私でも食べられ大変助かっています。
味も本当に美味しく、そして、安くて大好きです。

There is a shop called "I'm hungry" at OPA in Shin-Yurigaoka, and I always buy it there.
If you eat other bread, you will get sick, but since this bread uses only the ingredients that are kind to your body, I can eat it and it is very helpful.
The taste is really good, and I love it because it's cheap.
