★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間11時～14時、定休日: 土、日、祝日。蕎麦はそうめんに近い細さで、現在は手打ちではないと思いまが、しっかりとコシはあります。ただ、量が少ないため、たくさん食べたい方は、大盛りをオススメします。人によって好みが分かれそうですが、雰囲気がよく、和を感じることができる場所です。天ぷらは美味しかったです。
Business hours 11:00 to 14:00, regular holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Soba is as thin as somen noodles, and I don't think it's handmade at the moment, but it's firm and chewy. However, since the amount is small, we recommend a large serving if you want to eat a lot. It seems that people have different tastes, but it is a place where you can feel Japanese with a good atmosphere. The tempura was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家を改装したお洒落なお店でゆっくりお蕎麦をいただきました。とても上品な細麺。美味しいのですが私はもう少し太さがあった方が、香りや喉越しが楽しめるのではと思いました。
We had soba slowly at a stylish shop that was renovated from an old folk house. Very elegant thin noodles. It's delicious, but I thought it would be better to have a little more thickness to enjoy the scent and throat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼の遅い時間に伺いました。午前中はサウナスーツを着て山に登って来ましたので、どうしてもビールが我慢できなくなりそば平さんへ。
ピークを過ぎた時間でしたので、静かに食事ができました。まずは、ビールと鴨焼き、そして頃合いを見てもりそばを出していただきました。ビールはエビス一択。鴨焼きは品の良い味わいです。
もりそばは麺が極細。ツユはキリッと冷えて辛めのしっかりとしたお味です。少しのツユでいただくと蕎麦の風味が伝わります。やはりこの辺りでは一番美味しいお蕎麦屋さんだと思います。
I visited at a late time of the lunch. In the morning I wore a sauna suit and climbed the mountain, so I couldn't really stand beer and to Sobahira-san.
It was time past the peak, so I could eat quietly. At first we had beer and skewer, and had you see sohori soba. Beer is Ebisu choice. Skewers are a good taste of goods.
Morisoba has extra fine noodles. Tsuyu is crisp and cold and has a solid taste. The flavor of soba will be transmitted if you eat it with a little bite. After all I think that it is the most delicious soba restaurant in this area.
