先日、火曜日、11時半ごろお伺いしました
誰もいなく、注文するとおばさん一人で一生懸命に料理し、出してくれました
心がこもった、ぬくもりのある店でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人のよさそうなご主人と品のある奥様が営む昭和の食堂。駐車場はないけど近くにコインパーキングあり。
テーブルが2卓、合計8席のみ。相席必至。灰皿あり。
中華そば(450円)。まずはゆで卵が一個ずつ供された。サービスみたい。澄んだスープがなみなみ。淡い色合いながら、ダシも塩気もしっかり。麺はやや柔めのゆるちぢれ。プリモチ食感でおいしい。麺量もけっこうある。チャーシューも味しっかりで噛んで味わえる弾力がある。
カツ丼(650円)です。やや小ぶりのフタ付き丼にみっちり入ったカツ丼は湯気もうもう。玉子が固まりすぎないとじ加減。玉ねぎスライスがたっぷりで甘めの味付け。お出汁がしみしみ。

Chinese soba (450 yen). First, boiled eggs were served one by one. It looks like a service. The clear soup is nanami. Although it has a light color, it has a strong dashi stock and saltiness. The noodles are slightly soft and loose. It has a primochi texture and is delicious. The amount of noodles is also quite large. The char siu also has a strong taste and elasticity that you can chew and taste.
It is a katsudon (650 yen). The katsudon, which is packed in a slightly small bowl with a lid, is already steaming. If the egg is not too hard, it will be adjusted. Plenty of onion slices and sweet flavor. The soup stock is soaked.
Was good.

以前の投稿写真ではミックスフライなどもあったようですが、今は奥座敷一人できりもりされているのかなくなってました。ゲームのメニエールは写真のもの(+焼きそば)だけのようです。
カツ丼を頼みましたが僕にはちょっと甘めでした。
I finally came to Mihachi Shokudo, who wanted to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん昔からこの場所でやっている食堂です。駐車場は無いので完全な地元民向けですね。2021年5月頃から土日にちょくちょく見に行っていたのですが、定休日や臨時休業の札がかかっている事が多くて入れなかったのですが平日に訪問する事が出来ました。
テーブル2脚の小さなお店なので3組目は相席確実。11:50分ごろ入った時点で自分は3組目でした。※食べている間に2組来店。
中華そばを頼みたかったのですが、夏はやっていないのかメニューに載っていなかったので、大衆食堂としては珍しいチャーハンを注文。食べてみると「中華風ピラフ」と言った方が正しい感じの内容でした。
他の人が頼んでいた丼ものも気になったのでまた訪問したいと思いますが、全ておばさん一人で切り盛りしていたので、旦那の方が何かあったのかもしれませんね。

I wanted to order Chinese noodles, but I didn't see it on the menu because I didn't do it in the summer, so I ordered fried rice, which is rare for a popular dining room. When I tried it, it was more correct to say "Chinese style pilaf".
I was also curious about the bowls that other people were asking for, so I would like to visit again, but since all the aunts were doing it alone, my husband may have had something to do.
