★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、自分の家のトイレ交換をお願いしたことがあり、今回、実家のトイレつまりを直していただきました。
前回と違うスタッフでしたが、しっかりと丁寧に対応してくれたようで、実家の親も喜んでいました。またなにかあったらお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給湯器が壊れてお湯がでなくなり、慌てて電話しました。時間の都合をつけすぐ来てくれて助かりました。この時期、温かいお湯がでるのはとってもありがたいです。来てくれたスタッフの方は、とても丁寧な対応で安心できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレの調子が悪く、交換を考えていました。ショールームで見積もりをもらったのですが、値段が妥当かわからなかったのでネットで検索してみたところ、日本水道センターに行き着きました。
もらっていた見積もりよりかなり安かったので心配もありましたが、見積もりは無料とのことだったのでまずは見積もりだけお願いしました。
見積もり当日、担当の方の説明もわかりやすく、メーカーから新品を仕入れているとの話を聞き安心しました。その場でお願いし、日を改めて工事してもらいました。床も張り替えてもらったので気持ちよく使うことが出来ています。ありがとうございました。
I was thinking about replacing it because the toilet wasn't feeling right. I got a quote from the showroom, but I didn't know the price was reasonable, so I searched online and arrived at the Japan Waterworks Center.
I was worried because it was considerably cheaper than the quote I got, but since the quote was free, I asked only for the quote first.
On the day of the quote, the person in charge explained the explanation easily, and I was relieved to hear that the manufacturer is purchasing new products. I asked for it on the spot, and had the construction work done again. The floor has been re-covered so I can use it comfortably. Thank you very much.
