宮城野区に住んでいますが、ウォーキングで負荷をかけて歩きたいのですが、平地で見渡す限り畑ばかりで近くに山がありません。（笑）
県民の森 中央記念館駐車場まで自転車で行き、ここを起点にウォーキングコースが多数あるので、アップダウンを楽しめます。
色々な道を歩き奥に行くと10Km程度は歩けるコースです。
気分転換、自然との触れ合い、トレーニングにはおすすめの場所です。
コースの入り口に、熊出没注意の看板あり少し不気味ですが、近くの団地の方々も散歩されていましたので、
