★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安静街区里的小店，阿姨是上海人很亲切。餐是事先订好的菜。黄鳝烧肉和菜饭还有八宝饭好评。蟹豆腐和醉虾就一般。
A small shop in a quiet neighborhood, the aunt is very kind from Shanghai. Meals are pre-ordered dishes. Roasted pork with eel, vegetable rice and rice with eight treasures are well received. Crab tofu and drunk shrimp are average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味道都还不错，挺正宗的，小笼包的肉汁太好吃了！唯一酒酿小圆子差点意思，感觉用的是日本的酒糟。卖相和环境有那么一点配不上价格。

ランチメニュー800円の叉焼海老炒飯をオーダー。
ミニラーメンとスープが付きます。
最初に暖かい？冷たい？と聞かれます。
お茶かな？と思い【暖かい】をチョイス。
出てきたのはまさかのお湯。しかもカルキが効いた水道水のお湯。
申し訳ないが一口でギブアップ。
炒飯は、ややしっとり系。
味はやや薄目。
タマゴの殻が結構入り込んでしまっていた。何口かごとに「ガリッ」。
海老は少なく2尾を小さくカット。ちょっと寂しい。
叉焼は脂身部分が多くいまいちだった。
付属のスープはまさかの常温。これは参った。
ミニラーメンは普通の安定したラーメン。量もほどよい。
最後にヤクルト、いやピルクルだった。
たまたま今回だけなのか、店内は大陸の方が多く、ハンズフリーで話しながら食事、動画を大音量で見ながらの食事、クチャクチャ咀嚼音など。
上記が苦手でなければ大丈夫。
そんな私も、ラーメンを「ズズー」と音を立て、隣にいやな顔をされた。文化の違いは面白い。

サラダ、スープ、半チャーハン、デザート(クロレラ）付きで、コスパ良好。
丁寧に作られた様子が、見た目からも感じられます。たまり醤油が香ばしく、油ぽさもなく、おいしい焼きそばです。半チャーハンも、ひと口ですが、作りおきではなく、ちゃんと作られた完成度の高いもの。野菜も、クロレラも補給できて大満足。
13時過ぎなのに、満席。人気ぶりが伺えます。口コミどおり、レベルの高いお店ですね。
ごちそうさまでした。次は刀削麺にしよう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場中国の方がよくいらしており、味も本式。特におススメなのが（一応予約品）蒸し鶏。シンプルですがシットリとした肉と漬けダレが最高です。それとお菓子ではなくお肉の手作り月餅も美味しいです。2個から注文できて焼き立てを食べられます！読めないメニューやメニューに出てない裏メニューも沢山あるので、これからも通い続けたいですね。
