神	神社探訪 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瀬戸市深川町に鎮座する陶彦神社(すえひこじんじゃ) 瀬戸の焼き物の開祖と伝わる加藤景政(かとうかげまさ)が祀られている神社になり、1824年(文政7年)に偉業を称え、陶彦社が創建。その後、1926年(大正15年)に宮司に遷宮が行われ現代に至る神社です。祀られている加藤景政は通称を四郎左衛門(しろうざえもん)と呼ばれ、略して藤四郎(とうしろう)と親しみを込めて地元の方々に呼ばれております。曹洞宗の開祖である道元(どうげん)と共に南宋に渡り、帰国後に全国を渡り尾張国の瀬戸で陶器に適した土を見つけ釜を開いたとされています。 4月の第３日曜には、陶彦神社の祭礼「陶祖(とうそ)まつり」が執り行われます。陶祖公園六角堂で行われる陶祖供養(とうそくよう)や陶彦神社に陶物(すえもの)を献上する御物奉献行列(ぎょぶつほうけんぎょうれつ)、またせともの楽市や窯元直販売などの瀬戸物に関するイベントも開催されています♬ 【御朱印：なし】 Suehiko Shrine is located in Fukagawa Town, Seto City. It became a shrine dedicated to Kato Kagemasa, who is said to be the founder of Seto's pottery, and was founded by Touhikosha in 1824 (Bunsei 7) in honor of his great achievement. After that, in 1926 (15th year of Taisho era), the shrine was relocated to the priest and the shrine reaches the present age. The enshrined Kato Keisei is commonly known as Shirouzaemon, and is abbreviated as Toshiro for the sake of the locals. It is said that he traveled to the South Song with Dogen, the founder of the Soto sect, and after returning to Japan, he traveled across the country to find suitable soil for pottery in Seto, Owari Province and opened the pot. On the 3rd Sunday of April, the "Toso Festival" of Tokohiko Shrine will be held.
