Sudo Emperor Shrine. The Sudou Emperor Shrine was built for the memorial service of Prince Sawara (750?-785), the prince of the 49th Emperor Mitsuhito and the younger brother of the 50th Emperor Kanmu. Shin Saraya was suspected of being involved in the assassination of Keizo Nagaoka and Fujiwara Tanetsu, and was destroyed on the way to Awaji Island. Although the name is added to Emperor Chongdo, it is not counted among the successive emperors. King Saraya is also enshrined in the Goryo Shrine. * There are four shrines that enshrine Emperor Choudo in Nara City: Seikiji Town, Deyashiki Town, Shrine, and Kitanagai.

It is a small and quiet shrine. Mr. Miyaji is also friendly, has a monthly red stamp, and is elaborate with hand-carved stamps, so I am looking forward to visiting every month. There is also a private parking lot.

A shrine that I happened to find while walking. I was visited by a beautiful vermilion torii gate. Although it is Emperor Somichi, it has no history of being emperor. Why Emperor Shrine? Emperor Somichi = Prince Sawara Year 785. He is the younger brother of Emperor Kammu and the Crown Prince, but he is in control of his brother, Emperor Kammu, who has inherited the seeds of Fujiwara. Eventually, a feud between the two occurred, and Emperor Kanmu took charge of the capital relocation to Nagaokakyo. One month later, she says that someone is assassinated An incident will happen. It was alleged that the official of Mr. Oban was caught and convicted of murder, and that he was also involved in the close relationship He is exiled to Awaji Island. Complaining of innocence of himself, fasting and protesting, but on the way to Takase Bridge of Yodo River on the way to Awaji Island He died as he passed, after which the death of Emperor Kammu's close relatives continued, and a plague spread throughout Kinki, killing many people until the earthquake and the eruption of Mt. Fuji! Emperor Hanmu gives Emperor Sawara the title of "Emperor Somichi" It is said to be one of the spirit shrines that were enshrined to sink the spirit.

From our website Our company is a palace built in the land of Kidera in the southern capital by the order of Emperor Heizei, the 51st Emperor Heizei, in the first year of Daido (806). We are enshrining Prince Sawara. In the same year, Emperor Heizei was ordered to read the Diamond Sutra for seven days in the spring and autumn at Kokubunji in various countries in order to requiescat Emperor Heizei (Prince Sawara). This is the origin of the equinoctial week, and it is an event that originated from our deity.

It is a shrine whose deity is Prince Sawara, who was the same mother and younger brother of Emperor Kanmu, who relocated to Heiankyo, and was defeated in the political dispute and was forced to starve to death. After the death of Prince Sawara, Emperor Kanmu, who was frightened by a series of ominous and unfortunate events, is pursuing him as Emperor Kanmu. That is why the shrine that enshrines the imperial prince who has never been on the throne is regarded as the emperor's shrine. Whether Prince Sawara or Emperor Sutoku, the imperial family at the time when the imperial family was at the center of power had a dire end quite often. I think it's really peaceful in the present age when the princess's marriage partner can make a fuss about someone. The main shrine of the Sudōtenno shrine is a reuse of the main shrine of Kasuga Taisha, which was used as a payment box at the ceremony, and is designated as an important cultural property of the country, but it is neither easy to see nor very impressive. The area around Kintetsu Nara Station, where there are national treasures here and there, should not have been noticed, and the precincts were quiet. To be honest, I don't recommend the shrines and temples around here except for those who have worshiped all over, but it seems that they also have monthly red stamps, so if you are interested in that, please.

It's not very big, but it's a very good place. You can take a closer look at each place. This person was a nice person. There is a 10-minute walk from JR Kyobate Station on the HP, but if you are walking around the town from Kintetsu Nara, it is within walking distance, depending on the location. If you take a bus, you will arrive in about 5 minutes on foot from Kideracho or Tanakacho.
