1時間程で完了、いつも丁寧に対応して頂いてます
リコール出ていたので作業時間など説明をしてもらい別の日に予約を入れてきました
(半日かかるようです)

Completed in about an hour, always responding politely
I had a recall so I explained the work time etc and I made a reservation on another day
(It seems to take half a day)

態度も悪いし作業も雑。
電話越しでもやりたくない感がすごい。
そして部品の支払い行ったら本人休みで代わりの人にその件も伝えてなかった。
わざわざ行ったのに無駄足。
名前は出さないがビッグダディみたいな見た目。
二度と行かない。
If you hit a mechanic, you should quit.
Poor attitude and miscellaneous work.
The feeling that I don't want to do it over the phone is amazing.
And when I paid for the parts, I didn't tell the other person about it because I was on vacation.
I went all the way, but it was a waste of time.
It doesn't give a name, but it looks like a big daddy.
I will never go again.

盛岡から来たのですが、インプレッサスポーツのエンジンルームに鳥が入り込んでしまい、急遽修理をお願いしに伺いました。かなり奥の方だったためエンジンルームを開けるだけでは済まなそうな状況で飛び込みでお願いしたにも関わらず、ものの10分ほどで解決しました。料金が取られることもなく、受付の方にも親身に対応していただき感動致しました。生涯スバルに乗っていようと思える、そんな体験をさせていただきました。
SUBARUの看板を背負う、ディーラーの鑑だと思いました。無料なのは大変ありがたいですが、今度はお金を払わせて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I came from Morioka, but a bird got into the engine room of the Impreza Sport, so I hurriedly asked for repair. I was so far away that I couldn't just open the engine room, so I jumped in and asked for it, but it took about 10 minutes. There was no charge, and I was impressed by the kindness of the receptionist. I had such an experience that I thought I would ride Subaru for the rest of my life.
I thought it was a dealer's book carrying the SUBARU sign. I am very grateful that it is free, but I would like to pay for it this time. Thank you very much.
