全く車触らない人であれば気づかずそのままなんてことも…。
おまけにこの状態なのに｢見せに来てください｣と言われました。自走させるなんて……
しかも、電話予約時に代車を貸すと言っていたのに当日用意するされていなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きくなったスバルディーラーです。ピットと駐車場が大きく、車での出入りも良くなった印象です。少なくとも私の担当の人は親身な対応をしてくれるので、次新車買う時はここだなとおもってます。
It is a grown Subaru dealer. The pit and parking lot are large, and I get the impression that it is easier to get in and out by car. At least the person in charge of me will take care of me, so I think it will be here when I buy a new car next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々津島店他の複数の店舗が合わさり、新しくオープンしました。スタッフ対応は一見素っ気ないですが、技術ある対応をしてくれます。
スタッフの出迎えは基本的に無く、積極的に売り込みに来る印ことも無いので、他メーカーのような「接客」を期待してしまうとガッカリするかもしれません。
そのかわり、アフター対応はしっかりしてくれます。
故障の時の原因を特定するノウハウはかなり長けており、他店では原因不明と言われた不具合を、旧津島店スタッフはすぐに原因特定してくれました。ピットスタッフ、営業スタッフ共に優秀な方が揃っています。
立地は駅前のため混雑しており、出入りし難いです。警察署側ではなく、Yストア側の通りからのほうが混雑せずに出入りできます。

The location is in front of the station, so it is crowded and difficult to get in and out. You can go in and out from the street on the Y store side instead of the police station side without congestion.

待合室とピットの間がガラス張りで整備作業を見られるのが安心です。
土日しかいったことないですが、お客さんが結構出入りし忙しそうですが、対応は必要十分で問題ないと思います。
交差点の角にあるため、出入りがしやすいです。
キッズスペースもあり、おもちゃは月替わりで変わるそうでこともが飽きなくてよく、子供連れでも安心です。
周辺に何もないのが、少し残念ですが、フリードリンクも充実し、雑誌もおいてあるので待っていられるでしょう。
トイレも綺麗で、男用は子供用の小便器もありました。

じーっと眺めていたらどうですか？と言って自分は買いそうにないのに新型BRZを試乗させてくれました。本当に売りたいのはアウトバックやレヴォーグのはずなのに。
