お	おお？んん？ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知識、技術力、誠意がない。サービス業、特に自動車整備士として必要な技術力が著しく欠落しています。またそういった知識不足を補うどころか、その場凌ぎでバレなければいい、突っ込まなければ良いというような顧客への対応。こちらがお願いしていたことを何一つ守られない。本当に驚きました。そこに対してツッコミを入れるとその場しのぎの言い訳。納期の面もいい加減な管理をされている為、約束した予定どうり進めてもらえない、それに当たっての連絡もない、またそこに対する謝罪がないなど、不快な気持ちになります。またこちらの工場は一人で切り盛りされています。ディーラーや複数規模で営業している工場では、フロント担当者とやり取りし、実際に作業する現場担当者へうまく依頼したことが伝わらないなどが懸念されるかと思います。たいして作業する人間と、受け付ける人間が同じであるこちらであれば、依頼事項の伝達漏れがないと一見想像出来ますが、残念ながらそのような事実はありませんでした。失念しているのか、やる気がないのか、不明ですが伝えた依頼事項は守られません。金額の面においても一般的な整備工場と大差はないです。以上の点からどこをとってもお勧めできるポイントはありません。こちらに記載した事は、偽りなくすべて事実です。 There is no knowledge, technical ability, or sincerity. At dealers and factories that operate on multiple scales, you may be concerned that you may not be able to communicate with the person in charge at the front desk and tell the person in charge at the actual work site that you have made a successful request. If the person who works and the person who accepts it are the same, it can be imagined that there is no omission of communication of the request, but unfortunately there was no such fact. I'm not sure if I'm forgotten or unmotivated, but I can't keep the request I told you. In terms of amount of money, it is not much different from a general maintenance shop. From the above points, there is no point I can recommend at all. All that is stated here is truly true.
