5年ぶりにスバルに来ましたが担当の名前もわかりませんが話してる時、お客さんが来たのでまた！の感じの対応でした。私もお客さんじゃないんですかね。。

このお店で新車の購入するか他店でスバル中古車の購入するか悩んでおり、何度かお見積もり及びご相談させて頂いていました。中古車の購入も視野に検討している旨及び検討している中古車が新古車（認定中古車ではない車）であることを参考に伝えたところ、”中古車を購入してもこのお店で整備は出来ないのでもってくるな”と言われました。新古車であれば最低でもメーカー保証が3年ついており、保証継承をすればメーカー保証がつけられるはずなのに、いきなりそういうことを言われました。また他店の車を貶すような言葉を言っており、もうこのお店では購入したくないと思いました。
しかも私はこのお店で過去に車を購入しており、一見さんでもないのにも関わらずそのような対応をされました。呆れてものが言えません。折角いい車を製造しているのに、販売業者がダメだと売り上げも伸びないのでは？と逆に心配になります。ここで対応して頂いた方の名前を書くことはしませんが、ご購入を検討される方はどのディーラーで購入するべきか見極めた方がいいと思います。私は二度とこのお店には行きません。
