以前利用した際、車検時の部品交換が割高だったので伺ったのですが、やはり部品交換は割高に設定されており、事前に交換してくると利益が少なくなるので嫌がられるようですね。残念です。

入口では直ぐに挨拶からの席まで誘導してくれます。中々こういった店舗では入口から気分良くなる事はありませんでしたが、ファミリーは店員の方もニコニコしていて大変いいお店です。席での待ち時間も少ないし、綺麗な店舗です。相談も親身に聞いていただき、優しくサポートしてくれて１０日で納車と凄い早さでびっくりです。納車日が楽しみです。
