村	村木淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約して、指定された時間に修理を頼んだのに今日はどんなご要件ですか?と聞かれた。予約がされておらず、ビッグリした。今、混んでいるので時間がかかると言われ、予約したと伝えたところ確認し担当者は慌てて対応した。信じられない。お客様をどう思っているのだろうか? ベテランの担当者が対応して話をして、応急処置をお願いしたがしておらず、修理の見積もりを持って来た人は全く別な担当者でまた、同じ説明をしてなぜ応急処置しなかったのか聞いたら、見積もりが先との答えだった。全く話しが伝わって無かった。見積もりの説明を受けたが時間の無駄と思い帰って来た。リコール４回。車?を変えた方が良いと言う事?。リコールの時もメーカーが!今回もメーカーと言われた。購入したのは日産自動車。メーカーとはどこのことか? 責任はどこのメーカーで、日産自動車には責任が無いと言う事を伝えたかったのか。話しを聞いているのが言い訳ばかりだった。まだ、15000キロちょっとしか乗っていない。この車で日産車は、５台目。 I was asked by phone to make a reservation and asked for repairs at the designated time.
