★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プジョーディーラーのご対応でビックリしました。次に新車を購入する積もりでプジョーの中古車を購入しましたが1年も乗らないのにエンジンチェックランプがついて、整備をお願いをしました。確かにディーラーの中古車では買ってはいない中古車でしたが店舗に着いたときから営業の駐車の案内からお金が掛かりますけど大丈夫ですか？と言った対応でした。そこからチェックランプ点灯を消して頂くのに￥7500をお支払させて頂きましたが、ドリンクのサービスも無く一時間半ほど待ちました。待った答えがこのまま乗り続けるのには30万円修理代が掛かるかそうです。修理をしても他かに今後不具合出る可能性があるのでお勧めをしませんとご親切にアドバイスを頂きました。ご親切なアドバイスで他のメーカーの新車を購入させて頂きました。
I was surprised at the response of Peugeot dealer. Next I bought a used car by Peugeot to purchase a new car but I got an engine check lamp attached but I asked for maintenance though I did not ride a year. Certainly it was a used car not bought by a dealer's second-hand car but from the guide of the sales parking it costs money from when we arrive at the store, but is it okay? It was correspondence which said that. From there I paid ¥ 7500 to turn off the check lamp lights, but I waited for an hour and a half without a drink service. It seems that it will cost 300,000 yen repair fee to keep the answer waiting as it is. Even if I repair it, I have kindly advised that if I do not recommend it because there is a possibility that another malfunction will occur. I was able to purchase a new car from another manufacturer with kind advice.

プジョーの名前があるので渋々プジョー車なら見てる感じ、メカニックさんは愛想が良いのに営業さんはやる気のない高校生のコンビニバイトレベル。
Basically, the atmosphere is that cars purchased outside of your own shop are not allowed.
Since it has the name of Peugeot, it feels like I'm looking at a Peugeot car, and although the mechanic is friendly, the salesman is a convenience store level of high school students who are not motivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彦根のディーラーで購入した車以外は一切サービスもメンテナンスも受け入れられないと門前払いされました。
自社購入車優先とかは分かりますが、他のディーラーや販売店での購入者は空いている時間もなく一切NGだそうです。
プジョー乗りの方は他のディーラー利用された方がいいです。
ディーラーによってこんなに対応差があるのは驚きです。
参考までに栗東、枚方、大阪中央のディーラーはとても親切に対応してくれます。
