★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デリバリーを注文しましたが、店舗側の商品の入れ忘れから配達時間がかなり遅延。更には消費期限切れのシールが貼られた商品が到着。食べても大丈夫かをお店に電話して確認したが、貼り間違えただけという理由と簡易的な謝罪のみ。誠意が全く伝わらない対応に、本当に貼り間違えなのかどうかも不安になり、食品を扱うプロとしての意識が全く感じられない低レベルなサービスに非常に残念な気持ちになりました。サービスレベルと電話対応のお作法を見直した方が良いと思います。二度と利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17号バイパスから芸術劇場方面に曲がった先にあり、駐車場は50台前後。バイパス沿いでないので比較的いつも空いている。
17時までに入店すると、時間が過ぎてもランチメニューが頼める。
キッズメニューの間違いさがしは、サイゼリヤよりも難易度低め。
通常メニューには、スープとライス・パン付きで、おかわり自由。
スープバーは、２種類で、今はワカメスープと玉子スープで美味しい。
ライスとパンのおかわりは注文してから来るのが早い。
各テーブルに２種類のソースを常備。ニンニク入り醤油ソースとオニオンソースは、どちらも美味しい。
店員の対応も非常に良く、通路では脇に寄ったり、止まって待ってくれるので、どこぞの馬鹿レストランと違って好感が持てる。
ドリンクバーの種類は若干少なめだが、カフェモカは美味しいので飲み過ぎ注意。
不満な所は、男子トイレの個室のドアが建て付けが悪く、鍵が掛け難いぐらい。
ファミレスの中では満足度の高いオススメの店。

ハンバーグを切ったら肉汁が溢れましたが、肉汁というより脂が強く感じました。
お安いのでお値段相応かなと思います。ソースは2種類あったけど、もうちょっとサッパリしたのも欲しかった。
ライス、パン、スープがおかわり自由なのでお腹は満たされて満足しました。
ハンバーグ増量でも1100円いかないのでコスパは良いと思います。
開店前でもお店の中には案内されるようで、店員さんの気配りもよく、サービスはとても良い印象です。

激アツステーキ＆どんステ(各150 ㌘)をお願いしました。お肉柔らかかったです。連れはリブロインステーキ２００グラム。こちらもとても柔らかく美味しかったです。
スタッフの数も多く、オーダーリクエストで待ち時間なくスムーズなサービスでした。
