食事が終わったあとのテーブルをキッチンハイターを薄めた液か何かで除菌しているのか臭いが大変キツく、近くのテーブルにいた私たちは気持ちが悪くなってしまいました。その後も暫く臭っていて他のお客様も気付かれていたようです。
除菌している女性スタッフはマスクを着用している為、臭いに気付きにくいのかもしれません。直ちに見直しされた方がお客様への健康の為にも良いと思われます。
味が良かったので、近くに越してきたので頻繁に利用したいですが、あの臭いを思い出すと暫くは足が遠のきそうです。
2階を対応していた女性スタッフの対応も愛想が良いとは言えませんでした。怒っているように感じました。今はマスク着用しているので表情が分かりにくい分笑顔の表情を練習された方が良いかと思います。目が笑っていないのでとても感じが悪いように受け取れました。
再度言いますが、味は美味しいのでとても残念です。(2階での食事でしたが、1階にいたスタッフの方達は感じが良かったです。)
Last year, I went to have lunch with my husband.
The smell was so strong that the table after the meal was sterilized with a diluted solution of kitchen highter or something, and we at the nearby table felt sick. It smelled for a while after that, and it seems that other customers were aware of it.
Female staff who are sterilizing wear masks, so it may be difficult to notice the odor. Immediate review is considered to be good for the health of our customers.
The taste was good, so I came close to it, so I would like to use it frequently, but when I remember that smell, it seems that my legs will be far away for a while.
The correspondence of the female staff who corresponded to the second floor was not very friendly. I felt angry. Now that I'm wearing a mask, I think it's better to practice smiling facial expressions because it's difficult to understand. My eyes weren't laughing, so I received it as if it felt very bad.
Again, it's a shame because the taste is delicious. (It was a meal on the 2nd floor, but the staff on the 1st floor felt good.)
