★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3人で行ったが、ロースとヒレは後から脂肪を注入した半加工肉でした。ハンバーグもやはりそうした加工肉が使われているのか?肉汁の油分に違和感を感じた。
食後1人は胃の不調を感じたと言う。後からの注入の脂が合わなかったのだろう。決して不味くはないが、この程度のステーキは他でもいくらでも食べられる。肉の味よりもニンニクをきつめに使った特性ダレで食べさせる感じだ。
土曜日で混んでいたせいか、サラダバーに野菜がほとんど無くなっていたが、催促して補充してもらわなければならないサービスの悪さ。
期待して行ったが残念な結果だった、もう行くことは無いと思う。

クオリティーが期待以下
まず量が貧相ですし、肉質もよろしくない
焼き加減聞かれてレアで頼んだものがミディアム以上の固焼きで出てくる
肉は硬く容易にはナイフが通らない
ハンバーグは特徴がなくソース頼みで食べます
セットのサラダバーは内容が乏しく
商品説明や注意事項を早口に読み上げるなど接客レベルも低く
総じて残念
いい点としてはソースが複数あって
味変して食べられるところ
客席は広く座りやすく
単価のおかげか騒がしいキッズも居ないのでゆっくりと食事ができます
サラダバーのソースも充実
でもこのクオリティーにこの単価払うなら
近所のC○C○'Sで十分かな

牛サガリの鉄板ステーキと、この店オリジナルの、宮のタレが名物だそうです。
鉄板ステーキをレアで食べてみたところ、赤身が多くて筋はほとんどなく、柔らかくて美味しいです。特に宮のタレが酸っぱくて、和風で美味しいですね。
ランチタイムは、ランチメニューにライスバー、スープバーがつきます。サラダバー、ドリンクバーは別途有料です。
コロナ対策はしっかりしていて、このあたりでは珍しく、入口で検温を義務付けていて、マスク着用も指示されます。サラダバーなどを利用する際は手袋を着用するルール。パーティションも設置されています。
料金は一人2500円ぐらいなので、ほんの少し高級です。栃木県ではお祝いの時とかに訪れるお店だそうで、それがよくわかるお店でした。クレジットカードや各種電子マネーも使えます。
祝日の午後1時頃に訪問し、30分ほど待ちました。また、店員さんが足りていないようで、席の片付けがなかなか進まず、サラダバーやスープバーの補充も間に合っていないようでした。14時以降になると多少落ち着いているようでした。

駐車場は表と裏にも入り口があり、ニュータウン通りをどちら側からも入店しやすいようになっているので利用しやすいです。
メニューはステーキハンバーグのチェーン店のなかではやや高めでしょうか。
ライスバーやスープ、サラダバーなどは
すべて別オプションになっており
ちょっと食べたいなぁという人には
不向きな所です。
とくに各オプションの中でもライスバーは高いと思います。
自家製ハンバーグと宮ステーキを注文。
これで税込1750円。
ライスバーつければ2000円ちょい。
さらにサラダバーもつければ・・・う~ん。
ライスは固めで好きな炊き具合ですが
米自体あまり好きなものでもないですね。
それとお店からもかなり宮のたれを推されますが、私はソースの強すぎる酸味があまり好きではありませんでした。
オニオンソースが甘いものだと認知している人にはきっとこれが
新しく素敵な出会いになる可能性もありますので新規の方は是非。
ステーキはゴワゴワしたものではなく
柔らかくもないですがナイフがスッと入る割りに肉感はあって美味しかったです。
ハンバーグは普通かな。
好みが合う人にはリピート確定でしょうね。
店員さんの接客、お店の清掃具合はgoodです。

う〜ん、有名店なんで期待してましたが、残念ながら期待程では無かったです。再度は来ないかな。
遅目のランチでお店に来たのは17時前で、4人テーブルに案内頂きました。謎のロボットが水とカトラリー持ってきました。省力化のつもりなんでしょうか?けどオーダー受けるのは人、配膳も人、レジも人。ロボット導入して先端ぽいけど、実際はアナログで、あんなどうでも良いロボット導入するなら、セルフオーダー入れて、セルフレジ入れた方が効率的やと思うのは、僕だけは無いはず。で、厚切りロースフェアやってたので、ロース400gとサラダバーをオーダー♪とりあえずサラダバーを取りに行く、あんまり好みのサラダバーでは無かった。で席に戻って食べ始めて2分でステーキ来た!早過ぎません?多分オーダーしてからでも5分程やし。。。お姉さんが宮のタレをかけて提供頂き、熱いうちに食おうととりあえずカット!一口食べて、味の薄さに驚く。宮のタレはいわゆるおろしポン酢?けど、香りも味も弱くこのチョイスはミスだったのかも。他のソースを取ってくれば良いのかもですが、初訪問で勝手も分からんし、テーブルの塩胡椒で調整。何とか普通に食べれる様になりました。付け合せはジャガイモ、コーン、ブロッコリーで、ブロッコリー以外は少々残しました。お肉そのものも悪くは無いけど、値段程の味では無い。昔いきなりステーキで食ってたステーキの方が美味かったかな、ソースこみで。そんな訳で再度は来ないかな。サラダバー食うならブロンコビリーにでも行こうと思います。では、ご馳走様でした。

Went here twice thinking it would be better the second time around. Food is not bad. It's just that the value is really bad. A lunch set comes with a dinner roll, a slice of bread, potato, two-bite spaghetti... and then your meat or chicken. Notice how much carbs they add to your plate so that you can get full?
The salad bar is an additional 480 yen, but the choices at the bar are very limited. They have greens in the salad bar, but very limited on vegetables that you usually find in other salad bars. Like tomato, corn, broccoli.
The salad bar is definitely not worth the additional cost. So in total your lunch comes out to over 1500 yen. You'll get full, but mostly because more than half your meal set is filled with carbs. As far as the taste, it's just ok. The restaurant right next door "Steak&Hamburger steak Matsugi" is a better for me. Better value, better choices in vegetables, and the meat is a bit tastier.
