★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステーキ宮、全国にあるわけではなく「宮のたれ」は好きで肉屋さんでよく買ってたけど、リアル店舗になかなか行く機会がなかったところ、旅先で通りかかったついででようやく初めて行ってきた。
サラダバーやスープバーがある模様だったけど、初めてなので、肉をしっかり楽しんできた。
宮のたれは鉄板で温めることで美味しさが完成するとは聞いていたけど、テーブルに配置する前にワゴンで宮のたれをかけてもらう、ジュワァァ〜のはじける音はなかなか良い演出。
宮ロース&宮ハンバーグにしてみた。肉のサイズ的にミディアムでも火が通っちゃうのはしかたないか。ロース240gの方を見せてもらったら、いい赤味の頃合いだった。次回はあっちにしよう。
ガーリックライスを鉄板に移して宮のたれをからめながら食べるのもジャンクで美味い。カロリーのことは都合よく忘れましたw
こちらのお店は駐車場が広くて停めやすかった。

I tried Miya Loin & Miya Hamburg. Isn't it unavoidable that even medium-sized meat can be cooked? When I was shown 240g of loin, it was a good reddish time. Let's go over there next time.
