注文した物が足りておらず、店内で注文しようとしましたが、お待ちくださいも無く目の前でレジをcloseにされました。
ここの店舗は注文の間違いが多いです。
お使いを頼まれなければ、2度と購入したくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨の日にモバイルオーダーで頼んだら子供のドリンクが足りなくて、わざわざカウンターまで行く羽目になりました。
声を掛けた若い女性の店員さんは丁寧に対応して下さり謝罪も丁寧で少し心が軽くなりました。
なるべくミスはない方が良いかと思いますので頑張ってほしいです。

特に混んでいたわけでもなく、注文。クルーが少なかったのかエグチ２個単品頼んで会計時、少々お時間かかります。と待機スペースで７分待ち。
そこまではいい。
その間に電話注文してあったのか、後続２台はさっさと終わり、商品持ってきた定員の対応、お待たせしました。またのご来店をお待ちしています。と、謝罪もなく渡すだけ渡してさっさと店内へ。
今まで何度も使ってきたけど、こんなことはなかった。
もう使いたくないと思いました。

It wasn't particularly crowded and I ordered. Maybe there weren't many crew members, so it will take some time to pay for the two Eguchis. Wait 7 minutes in the waiting space.

But I love it when we drive thru in late night staff is energetic and so nice. ❤️✨
