★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free Wi-Fi, clean toilets. Service is good and friendly. Seems they close to early for my liking. Grab a seat upstairs, its usually quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very slow, inefficient Starbucks. Today there were 8 people waiting for their drinks yet only two staff working on making them. By contrast, three smiling staff were waiting around by the registers for new customers, of which there were none.
The manager should be shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Customers who had a drink there were given a plastic cup! Definitely not eco-friendly. Plastic has become such a major problem now and Starbucks doesn't care at all! Are you too lazy to wash a mug or a glass? It's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why does Starbucks increasingly give one year cups with plastic covers for anyone drinking their coffee at Starbucks?
Why have they not long ago made a point of always giving reusable ceramic cups to everyone, unless you request take out?
In which case we all should be encouraged to bring our own mug.
I make it a point to insist on a ceramic cup.
When they still give me a paper/ plastic version like today, I insist on a ceramic.
This obviously still creates waste, but for now I see it as a rebellion of one :)
Starbucks. Please do better it’s 2020 soon and already you’re years behind the corporate responsibility you should be taking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet Starbucks with seating on three floors. I like to sit and work in the basement. Usually manage to find a good table in the morning and the staff rarely come down except to check on the bins and clean the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The retail space is great. I believe it was recently renovated. Clean, bright and often loads of space to work. SBs refusal to allow touchless payments from IC cards at this location is unfortunate. The SB cappuccinos should be more robust ... I find the beverage here to be .. ‘watery’ if that is even possible. I usually come here every Tuesday morning and have a latte (in the winter) or an iced coffee in the summer.. Today, the cold brew was “sold out” at 9:20 am. Best avoid the caps.. and just stick to iced coffee.
