か	かぼグルマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近にオープンの気になっていたお店茶沢通りの裏路地なんですが、通りから一本入っただけでちょい隠れ家感あって良い。まずはビールで乾杯串はお任せで出してもらいました〜！焼鳥皿に乗せてくれるスタイル、雰囲気でて個人的に好き(笑) 一本目せせり焼き加減も絶妙で独特の食感が素晴らしい！二本目トマト実はトマトがあまり得意ではないのですが、これめちゃうまです。ミニトマトをこんなにジューシーだと思ったことないかもしれない...ってくらいのやつ。野菜串って地味に好きです(笑) 三本目手羽先皮目がこんがりで骨周りの旨味がすごい！本当に串全部焼き加減がものすごく好み。四本目ネギま身の切り方が本格派。ネギまってほんとピンキリだなーと。噛んだ瞬間の幸福感がたまらない。ここまでジューシーだからこそネギの甘さと合うんだよなあ。五本目レバーラストは、タレのレバー。大ぶりの身はつやつやぷるぷるで見た目がもう美味い。好きな焼き加減のちょい生感。口の中に広がる余韻が最高！来たら絶対食べてほしい！レバーloverはぜひ(笑) 三軒茶屋は焼き鳥屋さん多いし有名店ばかりだけど、老舗のお店が多い中で綺麗なカウンター席と間接照明の落ち着いた雰囲気はすごく新鮮。そして、接客も親父さん的な感じてなはなく、丁寧で程よい距離感が居心地良いです。デートや会食とかにぴったりです。後、最近巷で広がりつつある焼鳥×ワインのマリアージュも三茶では結構珍しいかも？ワインも料理に合わせてセレクトしてくれます。かなり人気店なので予約しての入店がおすすめ。 A shop that was interested in opening recently Although it is a back alley of Chazawa street, It is good to have a little hideout just by entering one from the street.
