伏	伏見羽香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エスパル仙台本館店はいつもサービスが良くスタッフさんも良い人たちばかりだと思っていましたが今回は不愉快でしたまず、渡す前にレシートを確認して渡しているはずなのに渡し間違い、間違って渡してしまった飲み物をお客様から受け取りそのまま本来渡すはずの客に渡すという事を目の前でされました。せっかく作ってくれたのもありますしそこにお金がかかっているのも存じておりますが、スタッフ様以外の知らない人が触ったものを本来注文した客に渡すというのはいかがなものでしょうか？ただえさえコロナもありますし、一口も飲んでない&他のお客さんが手に持っただけかもしれませんが、それを気に留めない方もいれば、気に留める方もいるという事を知って頂きたい。
ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台駅に在るスタバ。新幹線の中で飲む物を買いに行きました。寒いから暖まる物が良いと、チャイティーラテのヴェンティーを注文。味に関しては言うまでもないので割愛。店舗は綺麗で、雰囲気も良い店舗でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。意外と混んでいなかったので、穴場なのかもしれませんね。たまたまかもしれませんけど。ヴェンティーで頼むと量がタップリなので、新幹線に乗ったりする時は重宝しますね。東北新幹線の車内販売では、ホットコーヒーが有りませんから。ごちそうさまでした。 Starbucks at Sendai Station. I went to buy something to drink on the Shinkansen. I ordered a chai tea latte venty because it was cold and warm. Needless to say about the taste, so I will omit it. The store was beautiful and had a nice atmosphere. The correspondence of the staff was also good. It wasn't crowded unexpectedly, so it may be a little-known spot. It may happen, though. If you ask for it at Venty, the amount will be great, so it will come in handy when you get on the Shinkansen. There is no hot coffee for in-car sales on the Tohoku Shinkansen. Thank you for the meal.

P	Pixie Bowles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xenaphobic staff. I was having a morning coffee, I was actually drinking my coffee and set my cup down and a member of staff told me to put my mask on. Meanwhile at least 6 other (Japanese) people were sitting around for extended periods with no masks on. A couple were talking loudly with no food or drink- and wearing no mask. The other 4 were sitting there on their phones, writing, coughing etc with no mask on. This member of staff saw them but didn’t ask them to put their mask on. Why only instruct the foreigner who was literally drinking coffee to put their mask on? Then allow the Japanese people to sit for extended periods of time with no mask? To be clear I’m very cautious and careful in regards to COVID safety, because I myself am classed as vulnerable. And I try to always comply with venue safety measures. However, I feel this was targeted and based on prejudice...

There isn’t a lot of privacy, so perhaps it is better as a place to meet friends since it is a bit noisy. The staff here are friendly and helpful, so overall I had a good experience.
