★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性店員の態度が上から目線で最低最悪でした。人によって接客態度をあからさまに変えて雑な扱いを受けました。もう二度と利用しません。
 The attitude of the female clerk was the worst from the top. I was treated roughly by changing the customer service attitude depending on the person. I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お茶とケーキで6人以上なら2時間、お部屋を借りることができます。素敵な空間で結構、広い部屋です。外からの音も聞こえないので快適でスィーツも美味しかったです。
You can rent a room for 2 hours for 6 or more people with tea and cake. It's a nice space and it's a fairly large room. I couldn't hear the sound from the outside, so it was comfortable and the sweets were delicious.

普通交換しますよね？考え方がやばい。
ケーキも焼き菓子も甘すぎて美味しくないし
スポンジもパサついてて驚きました。
ロイヤルパークホテルの方が美味しく接客もいいのでおすすめです。
星一つも付けたくない。

クロックムッシュはしっかり味付けされていましたし、ケーキは濃厚で美味しく食べられました。
流石メトロポリタンだ、そう思えるプライドを感じました。
There is only a hotel lounge, so you can spend a relaxing time.
The croque monsieur was well seasoned and the cake was rich and delicious.
I felt the pride of being a metropolitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バースデーケーキのテイクアウトを利用しました。オンライン注文でしたが、丁寧な返信メールも届き安心して当日を迎えられました。
ケーキの仕上がりも本当に素晴らしく美味しいもので、正直、洋菓子店さんではこの金額でこのハイクオリティのケーキは買えないと思うくらいです。
しかもケーキを受け取る際に温かいお言葉をかけてくださるあたりもホテルのおもてなし！という感じ。今度はゆっくり宿泊しながら訪れたい場所です。
I used the takeout of the birthday cake. Although it was an online order, I received a polite reply email and was able to welcome the day with peace of mind.
The finish of the cake is really wonderful and delicious, and honestly, I don't think a pastry shop can buy this high quality cake for this amount of money.
Moreover, the hospitality of the hotel is such that warm words are given when receiving the cake! Feeling like that. This time it is a place I want to visit while staying slowly.

少し暗めでムードがあります。
喫茶として利用しました。
お値段もそれなりにお高いですがサービスも素晴らしいので大切な方とゆったり過ごすにはいいと思います。
紅茶やコーヒーを頼むと生チョコがついてきました。
紅茶も種類にあわせて蜂蜜をつけてくれたりと普段の喫茶店では味わえないサービスが嬉しいです。
気軽に行けるお値段では無いのが少し残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日ははや瀬と桃李にテイクアウトのお料理を引き取りに行きました。車は正面玄関の前に置かせていただきました。エスパルの買い物もあったので車をこのまま置かせていただきました。大変よかったです。今度は食事会でおじゃまします。
