★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は、どこのスタバと変わらない。ただ、場所柄、何時も混んでいて落ち着かない雰囲気。また、学生が、店内で勉強し動かないのも混み合う要因だと思う。人の流れが多い事も含め、時間制限を設ける等の考慮を店側に、行って頂きたい。
 The taste is the same as any Starbucks. However, due to the location, the atmosphere is always crowded and uncomfortable. Also, I think that the fact that students study in the store and do not move is also a factor that makes it crowded. We would like the store to consider setting a time limit, including the fact that there is a lot of traffic.

神奈川限定のドリンクは飲まず、夏は爽やかな酸味のアイスティーが好き。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1日平均1.5回は色々な場所のスタバにいるが、ここの接客品質はスタバらしからぬ全国でも最低品質なのでは。(特にドリンク提供側)店内も汚い！
常に混んでいるとスタバもクオリティ維持が難しいようで残念。
注文も受取も長蛇の列なので、モバイルオーダーがオススメ。
I spend an average of 1.5 times a day at Starbucks in various places, but the quality of customer service here is not like Starbucks, which is the lowest quality in Japan. (Especially the drink provider side) The inside of the store is also dirty!
It's a pity that it's difficult to maintain the quality of Starbucks if it's always crowded.
Mobile orders are recommended as both orders and receipts are long lines.

利用するときは休日か平日のお昼での利用が多いですが、いつも利用客が大勢います。
席は空くときもあれば空かずに自ら出て行くといった感じです。
他店よりイスが少ないです。

When I use it, I often use it on holidays or at noon on weekdays, but there are always a lot of customers.
Sometimes the seats are vacant, and sometimes I leave without vacancy.
There are fewer chairs than other stores.

飲もうとしたものが売り切れだと、一番ガッカリするわよね?
ここは他の店舗に比べると狭いし、落ち着けない雰囲気かな。
私は、to goでしか利用しません。
スタッフの接客は素晴らしいです。
相変わらず、紙ストローは不快。
