さ	さくらい.まさゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【2020.11.07訪問】茅ヶ崎カフェ巡りの最後はこちらのSOHOLM CAFE（スーホルムカフェ）さんです。最後にもう一軒どこかカフェに行こうと思ったのが間違いなのか辻堂で行きたかったカフェは予約をしないと入れないと言われて撃沈。それで急遽テラスモール湘南に入っているスーホルムさんに伺ったんです。お店はショッピングモールによくあるタイプの仕切りがなくて開放的な空間になっているカフェ。セルフサービスで先に注文してから席に着くタイプのシステムです。 ◆ ブリュレプリン ¥400 面白そうだったのでブリュレプリンを注文。上がちょっとパリパリっとしてますね。ただプリンがプリンっぽくないというか、ゼラチンか何か使っているのかな。たまごゼリーっぽい感じだったの想像していたプリンと違って残念でしたね。 ◆ コーヒーCOLD アイスコーヒーは酸味が効いている飲みやすいコーヒーですかね。すぐに出てきた印象なのでお店で淹れてはいなさそうですかね。 [Visit 2020.11.07] The last tour of the Chigasaki Cafe is SOHOLM CAFE.
