★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その日までのクーポンがあり、オンラインオーダーのやり方がわからなかったので電話で問い合わせたらとても丁寧に説明してくれて、店頭に行ったら「先程お電話くださったお客様ですね。やり方わかりましたか？」ととても優しく声をかけて下さり、なんとか注文し、商品を受け取る時も「またいらしてくださいね」と笑顔で声をかけてくれてました。遅い時間で余裕があったにしてもとても気持ちの良い対応で、また行こうと思いました。
 I had a coupon up to that day and I didn't know how to order online, so when I contacted him by phone, he explained very carefully, and when I went to the store, he said, "You're the customer who called me earlier. Did you know how to do it?" He kindly called out to me, and when I managed to place an order and received the product, he said with a smile, "Please come again." Even if I could afford it in the late hours, it was a very pleasant response and I decided to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しい時間帯に不慣れなスタッフをレジに入れないで欲しい。その都度、別のスタッフに聞きに行き、またはじめから注文や他の説明をしなくてはならず、不快な思いをした。高い商品を売っているが、集客率や人気が高く、それでも良いと思っているのか・・お客さんに甘えないで欲しい。
Please do not let unfamiliar staff enter the cash register during busy hours. Every time I went to ask another staff member, I had to order and explain other things from the beginning, which made me uncomfortable. We sell high-priced products, but the rate of attracting customers and popularity are high, and do you think it's okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 109シネマズに行った時、寄ってみました。毎年出るアニバーサリーブレンドを購入。お店は落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。でも、西棟が閉鎖されていることもあり、アルパーク自体がとても閑散としていて、なんだかちょっと寂しかったです。2023年には全面リニューアルされるとのこと、また以前のように賑わってくれるといいなと思います。
When I went to 109 Cinemas, I stopped by. Purchase an anniversary blend that comes out every year. It was good that the shop had a calm atmosphere. However, because the west wing was closed, the alpark itself was very quiet and I felt a little lonely. It will be completely renewed in 2023, and I hope it will be as busy as before.
