ア	アグリ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんなジムを体験入門してみてこのジムに決めました。自分の家からは電車を乗り継いでジムまで通ってます。駅からはちょっと距離があったり、ジムが狭いのがたまに傷ですが、スポーツ栄養学・スポーツ医学の最先端の情報を教えて頂き、感動しました。以前は伝統的な厳しい昔ながらのジムでプロに成りましたが言われたまま　怒られ怒られ強制的にやらされた感じでした。ただただキツイだけで、それがボクシングでは当たり前だと思ってました。このジムに来たらミーティングをしながら自分の良いところをどう伸ばすか何が必要で何をやるかをきちんと説明してもらい納得して練習に取り組めました。練習が楽しく出来て、それでいてキチンと結果が出るからさらに熱中出来てます。一生懸命練習して頑張っているのに結果が出ないような人は門をたたいたら良いと思いました。プロに成りたい人にはオススメですね。適当に自分勝手にやりたい人は向かないかもです。中学生と小学生の僕の子供達も僕と一緒に練習に通ってます。規律や挨拶、話し方など大人になるための基本も学ぶことが出来ますし、勿論ボクシングの技術も科学的に、医学的に安全に丁寧に教えてくれます。僕にとっては本当にお気に入りのジムです。 I decided to choose this gym after getting started with various gyms.
