どれを頼んでもハズレなしで美味しいです。 個室はありませんが、店は2階にあり、広々と席をとってあるのが嬉しいです。

令和元年消費税増税後の平日の昼。友人と。先客はお一人様から団体まで様々。こじゃれて綺麗だけどランチは敷居は低いみたい。メニュー見て後悔…1,800円税込~といったメニュー構成。手持ち現金が…と思ったが支払時クレカとPayPay使えることがわかり一安心。 店の雰囲気はトラットリアとリストランテのあいのこのような感じかな。 さて、注文前に戻り、今回はピザセットを頼む。友人はパスタセット。 前菜を談笑しながら食べ終わりメインのピザへ。 エビとマッシュルームのトマトソースピザ。生地が珍しい。薄いんだけどモチッと系。エビもぷりっとしておいしかった!パンもついてくる。 食後にティラミスとホットコーヒー。 食事中、水がなくなると頻繁に注いでくれる。 店の雰囲気やサービス考えると値段相応かも。 友人は会計時パスタに入っていた香りの良い具材について聞いていた。生マッシュルームらしい。ピザにも入っていたようだ。…もちろん気付いていたよ!いや、ほんとに!ちょっと鼻詰まってただけ! 贅沢ランチしたいときはどうぞ!

益田で泊まることになり、夜は海鮮料理がおいしいと評判の『たんぼ居酒屋』に行こうと思っていたのですが、まさかの満席。 駅周辺をぶらついていて、こちらを見つけました。 最初はどこにでもあるイタリアンだと思いスルーしようとしたのですが、店の前まで行ってみると『益田産岩ガキ』なと、地場産の食材を積極的に取り入れられてる様子がうかがえたので、これはひょっとしたら当たりの店かも、と入ってみたところ、これが大当たりでした。 食材へのこだわりだけでなく、調理も丁寧で、特にとうもろこしのスープは絶品でした。マスカルポーネのエスプーマが浮いているのも面白い。混ぜるとスープに一気にコクが出ておいしくなります。 パクチーを使ったジェノベーゼソースのスパゲティなど、アイデアも面白いです。 ティラミスも、チョコレートアイスにマスカルポーネのソースがかかっているという、他では見ない趣向でした。 値段も、益田基準からすると高めなのかもしれませんが、料理のクオリティからするとお得だと思います。 当初は行く予定のないお店でしたが、いい出会いができました。こういうのも旅の楽しさですね。

i stopped by the very nice italian restaurant near the Masuda station. this restaurant use local sea foods and vegetable in every dishes. very fresh and tasty !
