特に女は企業のオヤジ受けの為なのか、ギャルみたいな見た目の使えない営業ばかり。
わたしの担当の営業は最悪で、当時は結婚していなかった私に対して、
結婚してないんですね~じゃあこのキャリアじゃ文句言わずにブラックでも長くいた方がいいですよと捨て台詞を吐かれた。(残念ながらその後すぐにお付き合いしていた彼と結婚しましたが♪)
また、派遣スタッフの意見を企業に対して伝え方が下手なのか、営業が空気を読めないことを伝えてしまい派遣先との信頼関係が上手くいかなくなった。
コンプライアンスもクソもないですね。
また、営業がコロコロと変わりすぎ。2年在職していた間に担当営業が3回変わりました。どんだけ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総合受付の人は微妙。仕事ができていない感が否めないが、営業担当の方はとても熱心でよかった。他の派遣会社に4つほど登録しているが、ここが1番良い。
