9	99 A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ゲストで練習参加させて頂きました。私は茶帯で海外大会での優勝経験もあるのですが、ここのジムの皆さんは基礎がしっかりしているので練習していて楽しかったです。　初心者だけでなく経験者にもお勧めです。　キッズクラスもあるようで、子供の頃から柔術が出来る環境があるなんて羨ましい、、、場所も梅ヶ丘駅から徒歩3分と好立地の上、ジムもモダンな感じでめちゃくちゃキレイでした。　お勧めです！ I participated in the practice as a guest before. I have also won overseas tournaments with brown belts, but the gyms here have a solid foundation, so I enjoyed practicing. Recommended not only for beginners but also for experienced people. There seems to be a kids class, and I envy that there is an environment where I can practice Jiu-jitsu since I was a child. The location was good, just a 3-minute walk from Umegaoka Station, and the gym was very modern and beautiful. It is recommended!

The impression does not change even one year after joining. It is a dojo where people of various generations and backbones can enjoy Jiu-Jitsu at their own pace. It is close to the station and has an environment where you can easily go there. If you are interested in Jiu-jitsu, we recommend that you come to experience it once. D (^_^)

R	Rachel Cakebread on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohkawa-san is very welcoming and his teaching style clear and well paced. I'd highly recommend this gym for newcomers to BJJ or experienced vistors to Japan. Easy to access from central Tokyo and very clean.

Instructor, who is the founder of this gym, is friendly and very attentive to all skill levels from begginers, like me, to advanced. Class timetable is working people-friendly, classes are held on 19pm/20:30pm every weekday and Saturday afternoon as well. I like diverse and relaxed atmosphere of this gym.

J	JC Nesci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great small gym in Setagaya. 素晴らしい先生たちとジム。小さいけどきれいで楽しい。 Gym is new and always very clean, with showers and some exercise equipment. Two teachers with completely different yet complimentary styles helped me as a beginner. Lots of white belts here, perfect place for starting out. Great atmosphere, too bad I had to move away.

The gym has two teachers with two different styles of bjj so you get to learn different ways of doing moves and both are kind and great at teaching you basics to more advanced techniques. Very beginner friendly gym and even as one of the few women there, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I never felt uncomfortable there. They would even come to support me in matches, leading to a feeling of community. Would definitely recommend this gym for everyone, especially women and foreigners as one of the teachers speaks English and the other will try his best ?. There are facilities for women to get changed, good times during day to train, and gym is always clean.
