★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad me and my friend waited for our free vanilla soft cream yesterday it takes more than 5 mins for 1 scoop. When i ate the soft cream there's a broken pieces of hard plastic size of my nail triangle?️ in shape with sharp edge on my mouth . I was shocked i called the staff and he just said sorry and will give me a new one but while he was not around my friend found same sharper plastic in her soft cream. Then again we call the staff she took said sorry and ran away they didn't come back. Staff are not friendly. They don't value their customers. We almost hurt with their negligence. I will call the authorities tomorrow for this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa is alright. The women's side has a steam sauna with the aroma of tom yum soup circulating in the room. You can also apply a face mask while there. One of the personal tubs outside was an electric bath, so better know the kanji for it before immersing. The outdoor bath and dry sauna both had TVs. The shower area had good cosmetics including varieties of body wash-shampoo-conditioners sets. They were infused with either epidermal growth factor and marine collagen OR sesame & argan oil.
The restaurant has a huge seating space. It does not close for a break during the day. There were good Asian items on the menu too.
In addition to the crib in the ladies bath area, there is a diaper changing space in the handicapped person's toilet so fathers can change the baby's diapers when mothers are in the bath. A huge relaxation room with shelves of manga is available, but understandably packed on the weekends. There are many places to sit around the facility.
Saitama souvenirs are also available near the counters. We were able to get 100 yen off coupons on the NIFTY app so check it out before visiting.
