昼間から薄暗いのであまりいい雰囲気ではありません。
通り抜けられるので、そういうニーズは有るかもしれませんが、限定的です。
There was a small snake when I went at night. It's not like a park here.
It's dim from daytime, so it's not a good atmosphere.
You may have such a need because you can pass through, but it is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほとんどなにもない公園ですが、となりのクヌギ公園にはないトイレがあるのだけがよい点です。
また、例年五月になると川沿いに鯉のぼりが吊るされますが、ここから大きな鯉のぼりが間近に見えるため、子供が喜びます。
It's a park with almost nothing, but the only good thing is that it has a toilet that isn't in the neighboring Kunugi Park.
Also, in May every year, carp streamers are hung along the river, but children will be delighted because the big carp streamers can be seen up close from here.

石神井沿いに歩くと、ふと、上に登る階段が
有って、木が少し生い茂り、なにやら公園
らしいので、階段を上がって行って見た。
ちっちゃい公園にベンチが有りました。
おじちゃんが、ベンチから双眼鏡で木を
見上げて珍種の鳥を探していました。
もっと、丘の上を見上げたら公園トイレが
有りました。ちょい休憩にご利用できます。
