n	natsukisummerwars _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3階の猫カフェが酷すぎる。入り口のスリッパ消毒機はスリッパが満杯で壊れていて、使用済みのスリッパがカゴに溢れていて使えるものがありませんでした。アルコール消毒液は手に散布しても全くアルコールの匂いがしない。真水でも詰めてるの？ふざけてるの？部屋に入ったらとんでもなく臭い。それに暑い。耐えられなくて10分いるのが限界ですぐ出ました。常駐スタッフもいないし1階の受付との連絡手段もない。猫カフェと言うには猫が少なくてその時フロアで確認できたのは5匹ぐらい。猫はみんな人懐っこくて可愛いけど、触ったらガリガリに痩せていて、毛もベタベタしてるし目ヤニだらけ。さっき保護されてきたばっかりなの？って感じ。全然誰にも世話してもらってないからこんなに人懐っこいんじゃないですか？いつからこの状態なんですか？あまりにも可哀想でショックでトラウマレベルです。他のチェーン店も全部こんな感じなんですか？レビューへの返信とかこっちへのフォローとか全くいらないので、猫のために早急に改善してください。下の高評価全部サクラですよね。 The cat cafe on the third floor is too cruel. N	N R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すっっっっごくよかった！平日の仕事帰りに行ったので店内は貸し切りで、血統書付きらしき猫が8匹ほどいました。一匹を除き、まだ子猫と行っていいほどの子達ばかりです。荷物は蓋つきの籠に入れるように言われました。鍵等はないので自分で管理しないといけません。お客さんが少なくて暇だったのか、備え付けのおもちゃを少しチャラチャラしたらすぐに飛びついてきました。二匹ほど、他の猫が好きではない子がいるようです。自分だけおもちゃを占領したいようで、他の子が近づくと威嚇していました。また、他の子が遊んでいると遠慮するのか、見てはいるのに、他の子がいなくなるまで近づかない子もいます。 1番大きな、目の綺麗な子以外は遊んでくれるので、バランス良く遊んであげたいですね。全体的に良かったのですが、よくない点をあげると、猫用トイレが2つしかなかったことです(本当ならば猫の数だけあった方がいいです。) また、猫の毛が所々落ちていました。まあこれは生き物なので仕方ないかなと思うのですが、長毛の猫はブラッシングしてあげれば抜け毛も減るかなと思います。 It was really good! n	na Ru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猫ちゃんは可愛いですが、部屋がとても汚い。猫ちゃんが可哀想です。私が訪れたときはお客さんはゼロ人。受付をおえて案内されましたが、店員さんはすっと消えてしまって部屋に私と友人と猫ちゃんだけ。見張りもいなければ注意事項も何も言われず、これがもし悪意のある人だったらと思うとゾッとします。毛があちこちに舞っていて、吐き後も3箇所ほど。飲み水が入った容器は循環器が外れていて（恐らく猫が触った）水が飲めなくなっていたので、直してあげたら飛んできて飲んでいました。私は若干のアレルギーがあるのですが、キレイな猫カフェでは何の問題もないのですが、ここの後は大変でした。そうとう汚いんだと思います。この口コミを見て知りましたが抱っこ禁止なんですね。私たちの後に来た韓国人カップルがめちゃくちゃ抱っこしていました。突然スタッフがいないので、誰も注意できず。猫ちゃんが本当に可哀想です。 2階のハリネズミ？カフェには2人のスタッフが見えました。1人ぐらい上に来たらどうでしょう。 The cat is cute, but the room is very dirty.
