f	f l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通販で利用してカードを何種類も注文。ポイントがあったので利用して値引きしてもらう。後日店から電話があって「注文されていた商品の一枚が別のサイトで同時出品していて売れてしまった。システム上一度全部キャンセルしてもう一度注文し直してもらう必要がある」とのこと。この時点で無茶苦茶すぎる。たくさん買ったカードを確認しながらもう一度入力してやっとの思いで注文する。するとなんと貯まっていたポイントが消失し値引きできなくなっている。電話の対応だって電話代がかかるのにこちらからかけてる。普通は折り返しましょうかとかあってもいい。今回こちらに全く非がないのに時間と手間と出費が重なってるのに「ご迷惑をお掛けしてます」とだけ。なにかしらの対応があってもいいのでは？？最悪の店です！！！！！追記：その後男の店員(店長か？)から連絡がありポイントはお返ししますが今回の買い物から値引きはできない。もし値引きがしたかったらもう一度最初から注文し直してくれと連絡があった。対応はそれのみ。ツッコミどころが多すぎる。そもそもこちらが指摘しなかったらポイントも返還しなかったくせに今回の買い物でポイントの使用もできないってなんなんだ。システム上の初めてのエラーらしいですよ。腹立たしいです。どうせこのコメントにオーナーが返信したとしても「この度はお客様に不快な思いをさせてしまい、申し訳ございませんでした。引き続きサービスの向上に努めてまいります。またのご利用お待ちしております。」とかいってすませるんでしょうね。 Use it online to order many types of cards.
