When i want to buy Pokemon card from the showcase ,the staff ALWAYS talk me so so bad and edge because i'm a foireign ! And because i'm a student of japanese living here i he don't know but i can understand ALL of the bad words he says !!

Staff are a bit hit and miss; some of them are expectedly professional while others have that basement-dweller vibe and don't converse well.
