お客様のおすすめのお店ということで「創作中華 縁」さんに入ることに。
階段を降りて地下のお店に。ここも知らない人は入ってこなさそうだな・・
カウンターの奥のカーテンの裏で黙々と作られるお料理の数々。
おそらく料理人はお一人なんですが、提供スピードが早い！
手際よく出てくるお料理は全て絶品！ウォーアイニー！
おそらくスパイスが決め手なのだと予想。
このスパイスを活かしたソースによって料理のレベルをグンとあげているのだと！

カウンターのみのお店。
味はしっかり目。
遅い時間でも行けるので便利。
特に白子麻婆は高めだけど美味しい。

バーのような雰囲気もありとても良かった
料理は一品ずつどれも美味しくそれぞれ堪能することができる
他の人の口コミ通りたしかに料理の提供速度が早くとても好感を持てた
値段は一品あたり1000円以上でだいたいが2000円以内で収まるくらいだけど一部は2000円代の商品もあるので人によっては高いと感じるかも？
客層はカウンターだけのお店なので訪れたときは皆さん男女のペアで少し年齢層も高かった印象
落ち着いてる店からしたら当然かもしれない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの縁さん、入り口がかなり分かりにくい。逆にそこがそそるポイントでも有るんですけどサッと通り過ぎちゃいそうなそんな感じ。結構入りづらい雰囲気ではあります。そのまま地下へgo。
降りて扉を開けると、おお、オーセンティックなバーの様な雰囲気。後天井高いw
メニューを渡され、黒板のメニューも確認。客単価7000〜8000位かな。青島ビールをとりあえず頼み、食べたものはこちら。
・白子入り四川麻婆豆腐
豆腐と一緒の色なのに圧倒的白子とわかる感！これをもはや食いに来ました。笑
これね、めちゃ旨い。ベースはかなり辛めの四川麻婆。辛旨麻婆にクリーミーなら白子をどん！写真じゃ伝わらないんですがめちゃくちゃ入ってます！白子！マイルドな白子と麻婆豆腐、めちゃくちゃ合うんだなぁ。。これはめちゃ旨い！横の常連さんにライスはマストですと言われライスも注文！うわめちゃご飯進むw
青島ビールとご飯があっという間に無くなりました。はあまた食べたいなぁ...
・水餃子
モチモチ、ジューシー。口に入れたらごまだれの香りが一杯に広がります。あと噛むと肉汁が溢れる。うんまい。

創作中華なので見た目から、とても食欲がそそる内容になっています。
個人的なオススメは麻婆豆腐です！！
後からくる辛さはじんわり来るもので、食欲がかなり進みます。
地下に降りていくお店なので初見では少し分かりづらいかもしれません。

遂に発見しました。
これまでで1番お気に入りの中華料理店?
中華風の刺身から入り最後の一品までの全部が旨すぎる。
雰囲気もバーのような雰囲気ですごく落ち着いて食事できます。
全部大好きでしたが、
中でも白子入り麻婆豆腐は最高かよってくらい旨い?
辛いの苦手な方も白子が辛味をまろやかにしてくれるのでイケるはず！
最近ハマりの牡蠣もトウチ炒めで良き味わい。
担々麺が人気だと知ったのは腹パン後でした。。。
次来た時が楽しみです！

カウンター席しかないので大人数には不向きです。
