★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学校の校舎をカフェにしてて、山の中で、こんなところに…と思うロケーションなんだけど、暖かい雰囲気、手作りの優しさとか感じられて良かった。
ランチもこだわりの熊笹を堆肥にしてそれを使ってる農園の野菜を使ってたり、ロハスな活動が根底にあるんだなと思いました。
とても美味しかったです。
個人的には木工品も素敵で、どんな方なんだろうと、作者にも興味津々です。
なかなか行けないとこならではの、あじわいがありました。12月から3月はクローズなので、また春、夏も行きたいと思ってます。

すごくわかりにくい場所にあるカフェ。
昔あった山奥の小さな学校がお店になっていた。
なんか懐かしい空間で、地元の野菜を沢山使った見た目にも楽しいプレートランチをいただきました。
必要以上な濃い味付けもなく、野菜の味がわかる優しい味のランチでした。
平日のみの営業だからあまり行く機会が無いけど、是非また行きたい。
嫁さんも喜んでくれたから大満足の星５つ！?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪れた日のランチはベーグルが無く、必然的にパンケーキに変更したワンプレートランチとなりました。パンケーキが焼けるまでの間にスープとオカズが先に・・・冷菜はしっかり冷えてて、グラタンや揚げ物にハンバーグ？は熱々、スープは野菜の出汁が優しくて、どれもコレも旨い?
焼立てのパンケーキに、フォークでプスッと刺すと噴火の様な勢いで、甘い香りの蒸気が拡がり更に食欲増大、フワッフワの生地にたっぷりメープルで頂きました。皿の底に辿り着く頃には、生地がビスケット状になり、サクサクとこれまた旨い?満足した〜。
備忘録:パンケーキと同時に、ドリンク頼むべし。

こんなところにカフェ？と思うような立地ですが、その分静かでのんびりするには良いですね。入口が見落としやすいのと店までの道が短いとは言え大きな車では狭い道幅が気になるところ…
普通車なら問題ないので御心配なく。
