★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひどい。責任者(トップ？ささきさん)の対応。
田舎、近所の話し方。の対応。。。げんなり。
会社の質を問うても いいような電話対応。
アレはないわー。
面割れするけど、言いたい‼️?
母が言ってました。「○○さん(利用者情報)の事、△さん(もみじの従業員)から話しを一杯聞いてるから××さん(担当ケアマネ)に言えん」と。。。事業所、ケアマネ変えれるよって言ったら「どーなるか分からんのに今さらえぇ」と言われた。。。?やりきれん。
口コミ以降、「もみじと神寿苑(独身時代お世話になった場所)」からTELあったけど、話す事はない。
神石に今後帰るつもりもないし。
未だにあの「時代」のうちの事を身内(長女がうちを傷付ける材料で言うたわー。)に言う様な物体が「未だ」いる(進化しきれん物体)とは一切関わりたくない。
