The Sony A630 is garbage. It's so sensitive, the kit lens cannot handle ANY wear and tear. Even as little as taking it in and out of your bag, it's too delicate to handle. And don't get me started with the constant overheating issues, and the horrible menu interface. If you're thinking about getting one, don't!

Later, I called the head office of Sony Korea and was told that the Sony's computer system requires input of the customer's address to initiate the repair service and there is no other way around. However, I think that customers cannot be forced to provide unnecessary personal information just because the Sony's computer system is designed defectively. In addition, the attitude of the staff was beyond description. They did not show any sorry feeling for the inconvenience caused to customers caused by a defective product, and they rebuked me for not wearing a mask completely over my mouth when I spoke, and even reported me to the police for wearing a mask not in compliance with their policy. Today, I understand why Sony is behind Samsung, for which my experience has been much smoother. It is not the same Sony which I have known over 30 years. In the future, I will not use Sony for life and I probably will deter anyone I know from using Sony.
