患者を見下し、不愉快な対応をするように指導しています。
ここの医療事務講座は受けない方がいいです。

I wanted to study medical dispensing, but I thought that teaching would deepen my understanding rather than teaching myself, so I decided to study here. The teachers and staff were very kind and it was good to go. First of all, I was able to pass the examination of dispensing affairs smoothly. 東急病院で、ここの事務さんたちに毎回毎回不愉快な気持ちにされます。
人の話を聞かない
説明が出来ない
患者を見下している
それどころか、患者を馬鹿にしている
1つ1つの対応に、ホスピタリティーなんて微塵も感じません………。
病院の事務に、こちらの会社さんが使われているようであれば、行くのを躊躇うほどになってきました。
今まで東急さんでお世話になってきた先生方には申し訳ないですが、転院も考えています。
