A	Apple Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元職員です。できてまだ3年程の高齢者施設で建物はとても綺麗です。都市圏にあるため通勤はしやすいですが、ここで働くことはオススメできません。離職率が異常に高く、新しい人が入って来てもすぐに人が辞めていってしまいます。特に介護士の入れ替わりは凄く激しい印象でした。現在はどうなっているのかわかりませんが、私自身とある介護士のパワハラまがいの行動で退職に追い込まれました。上は原因がわかっているはずなのに知らんぷりして全く改善しようとせず。とてつもなく残念な施設です。 I'm a former employee.
