★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レーザー脱毛は初めて通い、4回目を終えた所です。毛の量も最初に比べると減っています。VIOの毛も少しずつですが減り、1番感じたのは毛質が変わってきました。ゴワゴワだったのが柔らかくなりました。
蒸れたりするVIOのトラブルも減ってきて嬉しいです。
医院も綺麗で、受付の方も丁寧な対応をしてくださいますし、レーザーを打ってくださる看護師さんも毎回違う方にはなりますが、皆さん説明も施術も丁寧にしてくださいます。レーザーの出力も徐々に回数など様子を見てあげてくださいます。商品の説明などは最初ありますが、しつこい押し売りなどもなく、安心して通っていられる場所だと思います。急な生理でも前は前日まででしたが、当日でも対応してくださるようにもなったとインスタでも書いていましたので安心です。

Even with sudden menstruation, it was until the day before, but I am relieved because I wrote on Instagram that I am now able to respond even on the day.

また、予約変更の対応ととても良く、通いやすいです。医療脱毛なので、1回の金額は高く感じますがその分効果もちゃんと感じることができるので、総括するととても安くてお得です。
店舗の中は清潔に保たれていて、感染対策もされています。駅からも遠くなく通いやすいです。

フェイシャルコースも受付の方のカウンセリングも分かりやすく愛想も良くアドバイスもして頂きとても楽しく

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく、予約が全っ然取れないです。次の予約を取って帰ろうと思っても、3ヶ月先まで取れません。生理周期や自分の予定と照らし合わせると、コース契約してしまったけど、このままコース終了までに何年かかるのか不安で仕方ないです。
インスタのストーリーで翌日の空き状況がアップされていますが、前日にキャンセル出たところで仕事があるので行けないです。
毎日暇な人にはいいのかもしれませんが、仕事している方には合いません。
接客に関しては、施術直後に、施術してくれた看護師への口コミ評価をさせられます。面倒くさいです。でも、それがあるから看護師さんは対応を良くしようとしてくれているのだろうと思います。受付は大体の人が対応雑です。来店時に受付したり、次の予約を取ったりするだけでもイラっとさせられることがよくあります。施術中の看護師さんの評価より、受付の方への評価をさせて頂きたいぐらいです。そうしたらもう少し態度に改善が見られるのでは？
